Elizabeth D. Costa is a refreshing and talented documentary filmmaker with a unique skill to document and capture intimate images. She is a participant in the Chicken and Egg Accelerator Lab 2017 and an alumni of The IDFA Academy. Elizabeth has over eight years of experience working on media projects as producer, director, assistant producer, editor and camera person. BANGLA SURF GIRLS is her first feature documentary.

For over 20 years, Lalita Krishna has been producing and directing documentaries that have screened on all major networks in Canada and have screened at film festivals around the world. Lalita's documentaries have been acclaimed for their focus on social issues affecting women and children and have often been a catalyst for change. In addition to the awards for her film productions, Lalita has received the WIFT Toronto Crystal Award for Mentorship through Women in Film, and the Hope and Dreams, NJ Award for using her craft to better humanity.

Matthew has been working as an editor since 2013. His first feature documentary, “THROUGH A LENS DARKLY: BLACK PHOTOGRAPHERS AND THE EMERGENCE OF A PEOPLE” which he co-edited, premiered at Sundance 2014 and won Outstanding Documentary at the NAACP Image Awards 2015, Best Diaspora Documentary at the African Movie Academy Awards 2014 and was nominated for a 2016 Emmy for Outstanding Art and Culture Programming.
